BodyBuild:

BodyBuild is a 4 day/week program updated every 4 weeks, alternating between coupled body part combinations and strength to hypertrophy ratios.

BootyBuild:

BootyBuild is a 4 day/week program updated every 4 weeks, structured with a lower body with accessories day and an upper body day, giving you all the best part of strength, toning and a bit of a sweat. 

3 Day Week:

Pretty self explanatory, this is our 3 day/week program updated every 4 weeks and is a full body session each day working with push, pull, legs and optional cardio efforts.
